This machine is freestanding and includes the necessary components to automatically control sub-straight tension. Web tension is accurately maintained despite upsets on the incoming side, changes in web characteristics and line speed changes.

The drive and control system includes proportional dancer feedback, internal electronic dampening, Hi-resolution SinCos encoder, LCD display and an operator interface panel for setting tension mode, desired tension level, infeed operation configuration, as well as drive enable, jog, E-stop, and nip on/off switches. The servo drive and control system are mounted in a separate enclosure mounted to the side frame of the machine. Web guide (if ordered) is integrated into the infeed frames.

  • Machines can be easily stacked for two web applications.

  • 80 – 100 PSI
  • Three phase 480 VAC, ±10 percent
