Used for producing die cut products having windows, special shapes and slits. It is possible to do cross, longitudinal or diagonal and kiss die cuts. Die cuts and perforations are made against a hard cylinder. This unit is equipped with a quick exchange magnetic die cylinder used for chemically etched die cutting/perforating plates. This cylinder is easily swapped for multiple cut-off applications or single and double sized cylinders. A micro gap adjustment with electronic gap measurement is standard. The machine is mounted to a full width base that incorporates an easy to adjust sidlelay mechanism.

The Die Cutter is an extremely slim module that is easily repositioned to alternate locations within the press or finishing line. The machine is mounted to the floor utilizing a positive pin positioning arrangement. Pins are attached to the base that interface with receiver pads that are permanently mounted in the floor. The receiver pads are flush to the floor to provide safe access when machine is in another location. The receiver pads & remote electrical plug box must be located at each position.
